This form is open to ARFMA member mills and invited RFMFOI members. Submit one form per mill or organisation; families are welcome. Select your room, safari and optional side-trip requirements so ARFMA can coordinate availability. The ₹10,000 participation contribution applies only to each ARFMA member mill; applicable arrangements for RFMFOI guests will be confirmed separately.

Accommodation requirements

Planned stay: check-in on 28 November and checkout on 30 November 2026. Borgos has reserved 34 rooms across several categories for ARFMA. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds availability, overflow accommodation will be arranged at nearby properties after participation numbers are known.

Borgos reservation and cancellation policy

A booking is held only after advance payment.
Borgos requires 50% of the total room amount when confirming the booking and the remaining 50% at least 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation is penalty-free up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, or failure to arrive, attracts the full booking charge with no refund.
A booking amount or token advance cannot be adjusted or carried forward to a future booking.
ARFMA will hold the room reservation indicated in this form. If a late cancellation or no-show causes Borgos to charge ARFMA, the registrant will be expected to compensate ARFMA.
No compensation will be sought if ARFMA is able to reallot the cancelled or no-show booking to another guest.

Suggestions for the celebration

The participation contribution is ₹10,000 per ARFMA member mill, irrespective of the number of participants. Guests pay room rent, in-room dining, liquor charges and quoted side-trip costs directly as advised. An alternate-property or side-trip preference is a request, not a confirmed booking. Do not attach photo IDs here. Elephant Safari participants will be told how to submit the required photo ID and consent securely.
